
Your feedback is valuable to us at Tri-County Mental Health. We are committed to continuous quality improvement and collect outcomes data for all of our departments. The following are just some of the results of the data we collected during Fiscal Year 2011.
· 93% of consumers receiving adult case management services reported that they were satisfied with the services they were receiving through Tri-County.
· 95% of families receiving youth case management services reported that they were satisfied with the program overall.
· 100% of families whose children attend our youth day program reported satisfaction with the program.
· 100% of consumers who received an initial intake through Tri-County reported that they were satisfied with the intake process.
· 91% of consumers receiving medication services reported that they were satisfied with the services they receive through Tri-County.
· 92% of consumers receiving medication services showed improvement from their initial evaluation to their latest follow-up appointment.
· 95% of consumers receiving outpatient therapy reported that they were better at handling daily life as a result of therapy.
· 99% of consumers receiving outpatient therapy reported that their therapist understood their problems, needs, and goals.
· 97% of consumers receiving Employment Services reported that they were satisfied with the services they received.
· 94% of consumers participating in our outpatient substance abuse treatment programs reported that staff responded to their needs in a timely manner.
· 93% of consumers who received services through our drug court programs reported that they were treated with dignity and respect.
