The NHSC provider network is dedicated to building healthier communities in areas of the United States with limited access to care. Being an approved site  gives Tri-County Mental Health a better opportunity to recruit and retain qualified health care providers as well as the ability to connect with other NHSC-approved sites, academic institutions, and other organizations. 

Licensed health care providers may earn up to $50,000 toward student loans in exchange for a two-year commitment at an NHSC-approved site through the NHSC Loan Repayment Program (NHSC LRP).
