Doug Ervin is former state legislator and an executive at Cerner Corporation. Jo Stueve is co-chief operating officer for Children’s Mercy Hospitals and Clinics. Tracy Zahnd is a Platte County Community leader.
Tri-County is also recognizing four members who are retiring from the board following their reaching their term limit. Loyd Gentry has served eight years of service, including two years because he started with the agency with an unfilled two-year vacancy. Loyd served as Treasurer of the Executive Committee. Sally Nance, CEO of the Excelsior Springs Hospital, was a great asset to the agency with her executive perspective and keen insight knowledge of the State Legislative process. Phil Willoughby is a former State Legislator who helped guide Tri-County behind the scenes in both public policy initiatives and legal advice and counsel. Terry Edwards, Public Administrator for Platte County, is stepping down as Board Chair after having served as Vice Chair for two terms.
