A presentation on psychotropic and lifestyle approaches to treating depression in older adults will be held Saturday, June 7.

Presenters will include Stephen S. Ilardi, PhD., and Eric J. Lenze, M.D., who will focus on how to recognize ad treat depression in older adults for primary care providers.

The seminar will be from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Embassy Suites on the Plaza.

Tri-County Mental Health Services and the Central Plains Geriatric Education Center at the University of Kansas Medical Center will sponsor the event. Funding support is also from the Health Care Foundation of Greater Kansas City and the bureau of Health Professions, Health Resources and Services Administration, Department of Health and Human Services.
