Community Invited to Youth Presentation on Trends Encouraging Underage Drinking The Northland Coalition, Ray County Coalition and their youth advisory board Youth With Vision will host town hall meetings March 27 & March 31 on “The Golden Truth- Trends that Encourage Underage Drinking.” The event will feature community-focused presentations on the current methods of marketing to and consumption of alcohol by young people. Law enforcement agencies will also make resource information on the topic available. In addition, the ATC will offer retailers and law enforcement representatives instruction on procedures and techniques, including detection of invalid identification. The groups are offering two opportunities to attend the free meeting, which is part of the nationwide SAHMSA Town Hall Meeting on underage drinking, The dates and locations of the meetings are: March 276: 30 p.m.: ATC Retailer/Law Enforcement presentation; 7: 00 p.m.-8:30 p.m.: Community Presentation March 31Eagleton Center, 809 W.
