Youth with Vision, the youth advisory board for the Northland Coalition recently presented two Town Hall Meetings to warn of the trends regarding underage drinking. The events were hosted by the Ray County and Northland Coalitions with support from Tri-County Mental Health Services on the Maple Woods Community College Campus on March 27 and at the Eagleton Center in Richmond on March 31.
