What would it be like if you had an illness that prevented you from pursuing an independent and productive lifestyle? For thousands of individuals diagnosed with mental illnesses, even the simplest tasks may seem impossible to accomplish.

Already want to help? Just go to our contribution form for more information.
Tri-County Mental Health Services understands the challenges of living with mental illnesses. During the past 30 years, we've become a leading provider of innovative behavioral health services in the Northland. This year, Tri-County will help nearly 9,000 resdients of Clay, Platte and Ray counties. But we don't do it alone. It's caring people like you who make it possible to bring hope and help to those with mental illnesses.

In 2005, Tri-County opened the new 3,000 square foot Lebedun Center that makes it possible for more consumers to participate in our day treatment and vocational training programs. Also housed in the new facility is our Drop-In Center—a vital social connection for many of our consumers. The Lebedun Center is conveniently located adjacent to Spruce Landing, an 18-unit, publicly funded apartment complex for adults diagnosed with mental illness.

In plain language, the center brings a chance to live independently. New friends. Self confidence. A sense of purpose. Small steps forward, over the course of time, can make a big difference in the lives of the people we serve and in the health of our community.

While Tri-County does receive some government funds and many services are covered by insurance, the need is consistently greater than available funds. Emergency services, services for people whose illness prevent employment and other needed services are chronically stretched. Your contribution can help.

Please fill out our contribution form in order to learn how you can help Tri-County better serve the community. Remember, your contribution to Tri-County is completely tax-deductible. With a donation of $100 or more, your name will appear on the Skill Center Donor Wall.
