IPS FinderTri-County Mental Health Services participates in the IPSFinder Program for locating supported employment programs nationally.

The program received Missouri’s first “Exemplary” rating by the state Department of Mental Health but, more than anything, stresses the value of employment for people with a mental illness.

Beyond the obvious benefit of earning a paycheck, people with mental illness who find long-term employment often improve their overall pride and satisfaction with life. Employers report numerous advantages as well, including loyalty and support which are rare today.

Missy McGaw (left) and Lori Byl of Tri-County Mental Health Services recently accepted honored for outstanding performance by their employment team.
