The People We Serve

Tri-County Mental Health Services provides a wide range of services throughout Clay, Platte and Ray counties. The most recent summary of services shows that Tri-County helped nearly 8,000 separate Northland residents and provided more than 180,000 patient contacts.

More than half of the diagnosis were for serious mental illness and some of the disorders included depression, anxiety and schizophrenia. One-fourth of all Tri-County clients were 17 and younger

1. Serious Mental Illnesses are Schizophrenia, Bipolar, and Major Depression

2. Anxiety Disorders include Post-Traumatic Stress (PTSD)

3. Childhood Disorders are ADHD, Oppositional Defiant, and Autism

4. Co-Occurring Substance Use is 51% of all new admissions.
