Youth Mental Health First Aid
YMHFA teaches non-professional adults how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health illness and substance use disorders in youth. The 6-hour training gives these adults the skills they need to reach out and provide initial support to youth ages 6 to 18 and help connect them to appropriate care.
