Title VI Equal Access

Tri-County Mental Health Services grants equal access to its programs and services to all citizens.

In order to make it easy for citizens to be aware of their rights to such access and to help educate citizens on these issues, Tri-County makes available the linked information on Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

TITLE VI is a section of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 requiring that “No person in the United States shall on the grounds of race, color or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance”.
